My 89 year old mom has had a policy for 34 years, and last January she began having issue with getting her bill from them in the mail, so in January her insurance were told had lapsed, and she would need to be reinstated , so she paid and was told that she couldn't set up auto pay until it was reinstated, so we waited, and on March 24th she received a call that she would need to make February and March in order to be reinstated!
