This bank recently bought out American National which was an awesome bank. New bank does not answer the phone when you call asks for you to leave a message and they will call you back. Ps they never do. Customer service has went way down so now I'm gonna have to switch banks to more of a hometown bank that you can actually call and talk to when you need something. They are not customer focused. Do not care at this location whether they wait on you or not. Tellers and management that were with American National before the merger with this awful bank have left and good for them. They deserve better. I cannot get the coin orders I need for businesses that I manage. Today I was basically told that I would have to drive around to other locations to get what I need because "they are doing the best they can".
