Place is trash. Took $500 dollars out of the ATM, $100 dollar bills. Asked to break one of the $100s into two $50s. They said no, because I don’t have an account. But will gladly take my $3.00 for the atm fee. I said “It’s for a Christmas card,” still said no. Said “I’m a service member,” still said no. Have American in the name, not patriotic and not with the Christmas spirit. Won’t be going back there again.
This was the worst banking experience in my life. Their online presence is stuck in the early 90. S they do not care about what's convenient for you. The only things that I can see that they want is more money, more money, more money. They will nickel and dime you to death with fees. And then yeah, in person talk to you like you're the stupidest person on earth and the most incompetent person on earth. And it's just not worth the time or the aggravation to deal with these incompetent bankers.
