The bank employees were very courteous and didn't have to wait. However, I should not have to waste time to go there person for a simple 50$ check deposit! The app kept giving me error messages and is not the first time I had issues with it. Is absolutely terrible!
Loan rates are great. People are fantastic. The newly redesigned app not so much. Don't expect to save time or money there, not if you want to pay more than the minimum payment via the app. You'll have to spend time and gas driving to the bank like it's the 80's or something.
