I had a terrible experience with Atlantic Union Bank in Greensboro. The employees are incredibly slow and seem completely disinterested in helping clients. I came in seeking assistance with a new loan, and it felt like they were doing everything in their power to avoid working with me. Their lack of professionalism and urgency is astounding, making the entire process frustrating and unproductive. If you're looking for efficient and client-focused service, this is definitely not the place to go.

So sad. I was a customer at American National Bank. They had GREAT service which is why I stayed there. They recently sold to Atlantic Union Bank and the service since has been HORRIBLE! Took me an hour on the customer service line to get into my online account only to then find my 5 figure balances at 0. Took another hour on hold to figure that out and restore my balances. Went to sign into my account today and now, for no reason, my logins don't work. The automated call center line is atrocious and just hangs up on me so I... read more
