They are extremely unprofessional and rude. Lack of banking knowledge and they have no interest in helping customers. I have seen a manager being rude to an old couple. And a supervisor raised her voice too. Also they overcharged me for my loan although I closed my account. It was a hassle to get my money back. Hope i will never have to deal with them again.
Bad service. Went in to see about a loan or a school to help with my car currently financed through them. From start to finish, the old man helping didnt really even try to help me find a solution with my problem. Kept asking me, your a student so you dont have a job? Uh, yes I do I work 38-40 hours a week just to get by so I dont have any money. He then asked, dont you have parents helping you? I only have my mom, which she has low income.
