My issue was handled even tho it presented a big challenge in solving it. Very reasonable and helpful services
I've never heard of a bank that won't allow business clients to authorize card holders. What business would want to put their employees on their bank account??? According to this bank you have to. We went down to Prosperity and opened a business account with them instead
The supervisor I just spoke to was so rude i fully closed my account and will not return this bank.
If there was less than one star I would have put it. They charge a fee to cash their own checks! And the lady at the front needs to mind her own business. No wonder they are closing branches,🤯 mind blown
