Friendly reminder that ANB of Texas in Crandall got rid of the face of that branch in Jackie Hume. Do not go here, as they care nothing for the people that made it great. Horribly run bank with no respect for its employees. Wish I could give zero stars.
I've banked at ANBTX for the last 10yrs. Jackie Backer Hume was an absolute delight to work with. The fact that she was let go is a disgrace. She was the face of that bank and the reason so many people banked there. She was dedicated to that bank and her customer service was unmatched. I will be looking for a new place to bank.
We have been banking at this bank since 1990! I cant believe they would let a loyal employee with 27 years of service like Jackie Baker Hume go! She was the delight of the bank, always smiling & cheerful. She had amazing customer service!! Very disappointing decision.
Although we no longer live in Crandall, we did so for 38 years. We banked at American National Bank in Crandall and continue to do so at the Plano/Richardson location. I have just been made aware that Jackie Baker Hume has been "fired " as of yesterday. I cannot express what a shock and disappointment this is to the entire community. Absolutely pitiful at the display of one sided loyalty, letting an employee of 27 years go over ridiculous reasoning. This bank wouldn't have the reputation it's built over the years if it wasn't for Jackie, one of the most 'people friendly' people I know. If this is how they treat their employees after decades of service, how well does that bode for it's members/customers....?
