Okay, this is the SECOND review I have written TODAY. Seems that someone in the bank is deliberately deleting them instead of trying to handle the issue at hand. THIS is why I did not want to do business with this bank. VERY VERY unprofessional..........I can understand as to why there are the reviews that they have. Terrible customer care, closed account without even give us a notification
Friendly reminder that ANB of Texas in Crandall got rid of the face of that branch in Jackie Hume. Do not go here, as they care nothing for the people that made it great. Horribly run bank with no respect for its employees. Wish I could give zero stars.
I've banked at ANBTX for the last 10yrs. Jackie Backer Hume was an absolute delight to work with. The fact that she was let go is a disgrace. She was the face of that bank and the reason so many people banked there. She was dedicated to that bank and her customer service was unmatched. I will be looking for a new place to bank.
