The drive through line may as well be the I-30 bridge during rush hour. Sit and wait. No sense of urgency! Bank elsewhere.
The staff here become more and more rude. Not sure why the managements hire them and keep them. This place used to have good service with nice people. Now it is going down. Hope to see some change. Otherwise they will lose customers.
Update they stole $400 from me and refuse to even take my calls. If you want to access your accounts after 10:00 p.m. good luck. Also just recently the entire bank website was down for a whole weekend 72 hours. No card transactions no electronic transactions no access to your bank accounts pretty much if you wanted any of your money during that 72-hour period tough luck you can't have it. Have had an account with this bank for nearly 9 years. Have had trouble in the past with the ATM depositing money but since they have a new ATM machine I haven’t had any issues until today. Deposited money and a message came on the screen saying my money had been detained and need to contact my financial institution??? I could not cancel the transaction to retrieve my bank card so I went inside to a bank teller where I was told I needed to submit a dispute? Worst bank ever. I can never access my account, app is always down cards never get accepted and they don’t even have the option to put them on Apple Pay. Customer service is terrible not too mention their system is very old and always having problems.
