Steals your money :/ went after hours to go deposit my cash I got from work to pay my rent. Locked the transaction after multiple attempts of me trying to deposit the money and it continuously spitting it back out at me. Ended with your cash has been retained. Didn’t give me my money back and I had to pull my card out because it wouldn’t give it back to me either. Did not credit my account of the money it took. We have been with Am National since we moved to the area 30 years ago! We really like banking with them because it does give the small town vibes and also because it’s on a more personal level- and by this the employees are there consistently and not new faces every time you go in and they remember you! Also, it’s just good banking here! The app is great - I can do transfers and see my balance quickly! Also can message them and they respond promptly! I recommend this bank if you want a great bank to deal with!
Dont waste your time at this bank. They dont call back with serious inquiries and Seth doesnt like giving out loans
Great Service & Friendly people
I opened a business account at this location several years ago because it’s convenient, and close to my home. Whenever I had to go inside the bank for whatever reason, I dreaded it . This woman that was always up front, was all smiles when my husband was with me, but a totally different person and rude and condescending when I was alone. I wish I knew her name.
