Great Service & Friendly people
I opened a business account at this location several years ago because it’s convenient, and close to my home. Whenever I had to go inside the bank for whatever reason, I dreaded it . This woman that was always up front, was all smiles when my husband was with me, but a totally different person and rude and condescending when I was alone. I wish I knew her name. It’s been about 6 months or more since the ATM machine at the Rowlett location Has been broken. And when we ask the staff at the bank when they will get it fixed they continue to say maybe next month. In the mean time we have use other ATM machines and pay high fees. Considering closing my accounts. Very disappointed.
Another American National Bank with their ATM shut down again. Ridiculous
