Katrina helped us get new cards today and was very polite and very informative. Worked with this bank for a couple years as of today and it’s a great bank.
Staff caught an attitude real quick even though they were in the wrong. They need better communication skills within the team as well with customers.
Going on Two weeks and still no resolution for our payroll. ANB kicked it back as fraud, after doing this same transaction for over 20 years. No calls, no headsup, just denial. Now the ripple effect of dealing with Quickbooks and American National Bank. Mr Seagoville Branch President, can you get this fixed, because apparently no one else can. Looks like we will be moving to Truist, because they called me!
These people are always rude. If had money here I'd pull it out and run . Worst bank ever
