Not the branch I normally bank at but definitely wasn't expecting it to be closed at 3:05 on a Tuesday when I walked up to the door. Crazy the lobby was closed at 3p.m
Closed on Saturday???!!!! I need a bank that is open on Saturdays too this is ridiculous
Went to close an account due to my mother passing away and no my one person said hello when we walked in or sorry to hear about your mother from our teller or Christina who was rude to her employee as well as me.
Trust me. It's a horrible bank. I've had countless bad experiences with it. The online banking portion is choppy disorganized and not user friendly. I don't have bounce protection and sometimes it still falls through with things that shouldn't go through and haven't went through before . They find every way to charge you and get money. Don't use this bank.
