Best customer service!
Very bad backend technology and customer service. The one disturbing fact recently was an 800# rep who failed to properly identify their customer by name, social, etc and was too preoccupied playing scam policeman instead of actually assisting them. Our mutual client told me she was angry with the bank for their stupidity.
