No appointments and they treat me good, yes other banks make you set up appointment and need way to much information just to have a account
I move with my job. ANYTHING that needs to be done in the lobby I can no longer access without taking a 10 hour round trip. I took that trip on Saturday. Their website & Front door have their lobby days & hours posted. I was told no more lobby time on Saturday & then referred to another bank, over an hour away.

Bad customer services not professional and don't deposits anything in the ATM if u want ur money to be deposit into ur account because it's not going to work the lie they tell 10 day hold on ur check ...Why have a ATM if it doesn't work properly!!!!!!So glade I switch banks and my new bank doesn't have this problem !!!
