No appointments and they treat me good, yes other banks make you set up appointment and need way to much information just to have a account
I move with my job. ANYTHING that needs to be done in the lobby I can no longer access without taking a 10 hour round trip. I took that trip on Saturday. Their website & Front door have their lobby days & hours posted. I was told no more lobby time on Saturday & then referred to another bank, over an hour away.
