The Royse City location is amazing! Brittani has helped my family and I navigate a lot over the past few weeks and I’m forever grateful for the hard work and time they have put into this. We stayed with them after they bought out our old bank and I’m so glad I gave them a chance!
I want to give praise to the Royse City location with Stefanie and her team. I was stuck in gridlock traffic on Highway 30 with it shut down in tears because I would not make it to pick up a cashiers check that they had made an exception on doing for me. Not only did Stefanie make the exception but her team players, Trevor, and Allen communicated with me while I was stuck in traffic and waited on me until 6:38 PM I had to have the check today due to a closing on my house that I was about to miss had I not got this check. Went in to open an irrevocable trust account. Legal team reviewed my documents and denied me without any given reason. An absolute joke
I've been banking here for a couple of years, and I've been very happy. Dahm fine bank.
The branch managed to " lose" my SS check. Thankfully my family loaned me money for the month.
