If you move out of Minnesota they push you leave their bank. Their customer service needs work. I took 3 minutes out of an employess personal time and was told they would not answer any questions ever again unless at work cause that is what they get paid for. She also told me to use a local bank and basically to leave this bank, because "that's what she would do!" I am in customer service, and I put forth effort for customers on and off the clock that's how to keep happy customers. I also dont recommend people going elsewher... read more

I have a construction loan with ANB. Unfortunately it has been a common experience to call in the morning And I am told they will check into it and get back to me. Then I don't hear anything until I call them at end of day. Along with a couple cases of missing paperwork and clerical errors that caused delay and frustration.
I have a car loan with ANBMN and just received a letter offering to "Skip a Payment" What a great idea for Christmas. A Bank that cares? Well no so much they want a fee basically half the loan payment for the benefit of skipping a payment. Special kinda Stupid they may be
