Went to place passports in safe deposit box. Waited 7 min for someone to help. Neither person at desks were occupied. When helped, i was asked to go in office, present identification. Representative took several minutes on her desk computer terminal to ok. Entire process to deposit passports took over 15 min. Obviously having key, signing timesheet and showing identification is no longer enough with a quick in/out
