Amy, Tanya, Jessica, and the rest of the team at the Ridgeway branch consistently deliver excellent service with care and professionalism. These ladies genuinely go out of their way to help, and we've had nothing but positive experiences both for business and personal banking. This branch is exactly why we choose to bank local.

We, unfortunately, were hacked. We drove to Amy's bank branch and she immediately locked out our checking accounts and reissued two temporary debit cards right then. She gave us solid advice regarding freezing our credit information with the three credit reporting agencies as well as advising us on other steps to take to protect our identity. Amy was almost a one stop shop to get the protection we needed. We left feeling much safer regarding the hacker's attempts. Thanks, Amy. You have no idea how much we appreciate you.
