The location in Yanceyville is small, quaint, all that I need. The tellers are friendly an expedite services quickly an knowledgeable
I’m so upset because While I was at this American National branch this morning I received very poor service, I was attended by Kathy Jeffrei, she was very rude with me and took an unreasonable amount of time and to top it all off made a sarcastic comment to me as I walked out the door.
Friendly customer service. Long lines in drive thru but lobby is closed
