Would not do business with them again. Paid off car loan, since I had payments set up an overpayment of over $300 was made. Since then haven't received it back. I called in weeks before and gave them correct address which guy said he would change,. He did but on a old account not current one. Now almost 30 days later still no refund, and told have to wait another week for them to cancel first check. Then will reissue a new check.

Worst bank ever! I can't log into my account anymore. Tried calling and they keep hanging up on me. Tried emailing through there forum submission, and it gets an error every time. I've never been so frustrated trying to contact a company in my life.

1 Star is too many. IBought a vehicle using this bank as a lender. Their website is a mess. You cannot pay your loan if you are logged into your account. You have to log out and submit your payment using the loan payment tool. By the way it costs $10 to use this tool. I haven't even made my first payment yet and plan on moving this account ASAP.

If I could give a lower rating then I would do it. This "bank" is the most incompetent organization I have ever worked with. No one should use this bank. The list of grievances is longer than my arm.
