Lala is the best at this location! Always willing to help and her advice is amazing :)
Normally they do an awesome job, but they have a new teller. This is why I'm not gonna give them a total bad review. But the new staff needs more training and needs to listen Better. I made a deposit and I specifically asked them to tell me how much was in the account after. They acknowledged and said okay. And of course, the didn't do it.
I have banked at ANB for many years, the 120 & Giles and 84 & Brentwood locations are absolutely terrific. Brittney and Gabby are very helpful, friendly and efficient. You know you are the customer and they show it every time you are there. 84 & Brentwood also has a wonderful drive thru crew. I backtrack to go to these locations.
