Great bank! Great rates!
Went to them for POA paperwork. Fast friendly people, the building was beautiful
Refused to take this form of ID when cashing a check Via the manager stated it's not an acceptable form of ID and reads what he will accept kind of rudely then dismissed himself to his office. A flyer on their wall will let me open an account with it but not cash a check. The teller was pleasant but had never had such form of ID so he asked higher up
I don’t know why this bank has a bad rating but they’ve always been helpful and kind to me. They helped me so much when I experienced someone using my card. This is my favorite place to bank.
At first I thought how can a bank have 2.2 stars but I now understand. Staff seems annoyed you are there and the drive through speakers don’t work so as you try to communicate they look at you like you’re stupid.
