I work for a bank so I know great customer service when I see it, and believe in this day and age, you should recognize it. From the very beginning Jordan helped me open an account and a CD and was very friendly, I also needed the BM to help me in a pinch to have access to my funds earlier than expected. This branch is efficient, friendly and all the way around feels like they care about their customers. Kudos, guys.💯😎

Went to them for POA paperwork. Fast friendly people, the building was beautiful
Refused to take this form of ID when cashing a check Via the manager stated it's not an acceptable form of ID and reads what he will accept kind of rudely then dismissed himself to his office. A flyer on their wall will let me open an account with it but not cash a check. The teller was pleasant but had never had such form of ID so he asked higher up
I don’t know why this bank has a bad rating but they’ve always been helpful and kind to me. They helped me so much when I experienced someone using my card. This is my favorite place to bank.
