I had a great experience 20 minutes before closing on Friday by the two employees out front. They were able to answer my questions & help me get the proper news checks in order to start a new part-time job. Even though I called ahead, there was no wait or issue with parking. I’ll visit this branch inside in-person again!
Terrible customer service. His name was Dustin just gave me a run around response didn't help the situation at all.
I am so disappointed in our experience with Andrew Harris and his manager, Suzi Sterba, at the commercial side of American National Bank. Drew made it clear he is micromanaged and has zero ability to influence banking decisions, and Suzi Sterba has been shockingly incoherent. She does not support women or Hispanic-owned businesses. She drove to Des Moines without any prior communication on a weekend, and tried to say there was not a physical location when it was simply two bays over. Amazing customer service and I would highly recommend. I worked with Crystal and the process was smooth, fast, and so easy. I didn't have have appointment but that wasn't an issue. Crystal fit me into her schedule and she helped me set up everything (literally everything from paperless statements, the app, and the online account so I left without a "to do" list at home) and she was so friendly and professional. This was one of the most efficient experiences I've ever had. Thank you!
