We had a car loan from ANB. We moved from Lincoln to Omaha and I stupidly misplaced our loan payment booklet and forgot to make payments for just about 4 months. Completely our fault, but had we gotten notification we were behind we would have responded ASAP. We never received any mail (had no problems with other mail being forwarded) or calls from ANB until our car was repossessed the day before a big snowstorm.
