I have been banking here for about 18 years and thought this was a good bank but over the years this bank has slowly gone down hill to the point Im thinking about changing bank some of the issues have been, declined for loans with a very good credit score and history which I have had to go to a different local bank to get a loan for my 3rd house , taking 39 days to get my debt card replacement after my old one stopped working and any one that has a check account know how hard it is to not have access to your own funds, most ... read more
Very Cheerful employees, and always willing to help out a customer if they are confused or have any questions.
They have fantastic customer service and everyone is very friendly. They were incredibly helpful when my debit card was hacked and worked quickly to answer all of my questions.
