Horrible service and zero transparency. An item was allegedly stolen by a homeless man. They were not transparent in telling me. I had to call to find out what happened. The owner had the nerve to say had they not had to put the box aside to dry because water leaked it would not be stolen. Taking zero responsibility with 5 year old logic. The owner actually laughed as he told me a homeless person took the machine and said I dont know what you want me to do for a $600 job. Booked for 3 people. At the morning of the move only 2 people showed up at 9 and said they would only able to move half of the truck as they had another job at noon. Was very Rude as well. The guy said he is an independent contractor and doesn’t care about reputation. Scam company.
