My name is Mary Colageno, Carlos is our driver today Our group travel all over Florida for many years. Today our group had the best experience in many years, He is kindly very helpful he worries about every single person in this bus He helped with the products which is lots of boxes This group everyone are senior Carlos had everything detail ready so everyone had a great time I recommend him 100% Next time we want him to be our driver Carlos the best!!!
On Saturday, May 17th I had over 100 students for a field trip to Universal Studios including a performance first at Tohopekaliga HS. On top of being the most affordable, my bus drivers John A, John B, and Carlos were the absolute BEST! We had to leave early unknowingly due to GradVenture and they were so easy to communicate with, and kept us safe on the road. Carlos was excellent (as usual) providing our group with a very safe and smooth travel experience. The bus was clean and freshly painted and updated. He got us to/from where we needed to go ASAP and was skilled as a lead driver. His communication was fast and thorough. Buses arrived early making our experience even easier and more enjoyable. Overall great experience and we’d definitely use American Motorcoaches Inc. again.
What a wonderful time we had! Our bus driver Carlos was the absolute best, he was fun and very accommodating. We had plenty of laughs with him. He also had plenty of movie choices for our ride to and from Grad Bash. Highly recommend him and the company, hopefully we will get to see him again in the future.
What an incredible experience with American! Five stars truly aren’t enough for this outstanding company. One of our primary drivers for the majority of our trip from Broward County, Florida to Ohio was Carlos—and he was phenomenal.
