I had a great experience with American Mortgage Xpress. ******* and ***** were responsive, knowledgeable and helped get the best mortgage and deal for my new home. I didn't know I could use my business income, I have talked to 3 other lenders in the past that told me to increase my take home pay. I don't know many business owners that are eager to do that. Very helpful team. I was working with another broker prior and it was not a good experience. I will be writing a review on them next. Thank you AMX to taking your time to explain to me all my options, how to buy down rates and all the programs for me. They were responsive and very knowledgeable.
