Clay Heitler and his team (Alex, Alexis, Lindsey, Joanne, etc) are excellent. We did our due diligence and shopped around as first time homebuyers, including through Navy Federal and another mortgage broker, and American Mortgage Services easily found the best rate and deal for our area. Excellent service, patient when answering my inane questions, and got us to close on time. Highly recommend.
I would give ten stars if I could. We have used this company for two home purchases and a refinance. The process is always smooth, the team is responsive and proactive.
