Unprofessional - they do not return phone calls and definitely do not respond to requests fir info in a timely manner.
Keith and Gina were extremely helpful to us through refinancing our mortgage! We wanted to refinance to get rid of our PMI, etc. So we started the process with our (now) former mortgage holder. After getting into it with them we quickly found it to be too expensive, and not worth it (of course they couldn't tell us anything up front about pricing, etc. ).
