I have nothing but good things to say about the efficient care my wife and I received from Alex at American Mortgage Finance. He repeatedly went over and above in walking us through the process of refinancing our home. Whenever I came to a potential roadblock he would actually take over and resolve the problem for us. Alex never ceased being the perfect gentleman and found the time to be always available whenever we had questions.
My wife and I were more than pleased with the mortgage outcome. Alex was always there helping us get through the complexities with a helping hand when we needed it. He was very prompt in returning phone calls and guiding us during the loan process.
