I don’t bank here but my employer does. I had to cash a payroll check here since payday was going to fall on a holiday, therefore delay my direct deposit. No line, no check cashing fee and the teller was very nice.

Very racist branch manager. Lady with (wigs) called my wife a little white Mexican and called me Indian guy. Even with all proper paper work to cash a check still continued with her racism & still couldn't cash the check. Was helped at another branch with ease and no issues. Very unprofessional and unethical branch manager. Shouldn't treat people this way no matter their color or race or whatever the case may be.

Cesar was awesome to work with. He and the members of his branch made obtaining a business checking account a snap. Plus, I really like that Cesar and the staff remain extremely accessible to answer questions or offer assistance after the account is set up. They're just a phone call away. Kudos Cesar and the staff at the Fruitville Rd (by I75) branch in Sarasota. You are a model of what customer service is supposed to be.

Pam Gifford, Branch Manager for Fruitville Rd location is truly the most professional, personable, person my family has ever done banking with...Her staff are exceptional as well. It is nice when you walk in and they make you feel like family. Pam puts the ‘personal’ back in your banking... Call Pam for any of your banking needs....
