Bought these button lock hand tool because I misplaced my other ones and after spending over $72 I went straight home and ripped my tool case apart I found my other pair. I never used the brand new pair whatsoever had a paid receipt in hand and the lady working there would not return them and was very rude!!!! I’m a paying customer/contractor that will not be going back and I will refer all of my people not to go there!! That isn’t the way to conduct a professional business at all!!!
