Customer service is basically non existent with this company. Our company has been using AMS for quite some time. Pager reliability has been inconsistent during this time. We upgraded pagers in SEPTEMBER and were instructed to return our old ones via mail. I received an email confirmation from AMS stating shipment was received. We are now being charged for "unreturned pagers" in DECEMBER. There have been issues with billing for several months in a row. They charge $3 to speak to a customer representative. We attempted to cancel their service and pay them the prorated fee of what we owe. They want the full amount even though service was not provided. They are unhelpful and unwilling to work with you.
ZERO Stars if possible......... trying to call me in Canada to collect unpaid debts for someone I don't even know in the FL, USA!!!!!!! by all accounts this is considered a criminal ACT!!!!!!!
BEWARE ...... this is not a company one should be doing business with.
