I just want to thank Marilyn Ramirez for OUTSTANDING SERVICE in transporting my Grandmother to Hospice. These times are tough for my family. To see exceptional care from this skilled provider/first responder really make me happy that there are caring people around even in the transport setting! I am very pleased to give this review for two employees by the name of Cory and Scott. They were very Helpful and Professional and made me feel very comfortable transporting my wife to University Hospital. They answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable. Company has all brand new medics and emts with very little experience. Low wages and long hrs don’t make good insensitive
