I bought the Phonak Infinio Sphere Ultra here at an unbeatable price. Shea and Ridge did an outstanding job recommending and fitting these hearing aids. They are truly life-changing. For the first time since my hearing loss, it feels like I’m hearing normally again. Even in very noisy restaurants, I can participate in conversations without struggling. Highly recommended.
My audiologist, Sheleigh Metzger, addressed the problem with my hearing aid quickly and correctly. She cleaned both of my hearing aids and repaired the receiver, which she found was covered under warranty, in less than 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this company
I have been to these fine folks 3 times in the last couple months and end up shaking my head as to why most businesses don't have the customer service skills that these people have. Their service has been "Over the Top" . I will forever return to them for my hearing aid needs.
