Unbelievable!!! No star or minus stars would be a better review. Hired a week in advance to simply move a washer and dryer 20 minutes away. Was told 9:00 on Saturday .Then the morning of was given 9:00-11:00 via text, which threw the day off completely. My sister-in-laws flew in from Florida for 2 days specifically for this purpose. Beware. Scheduled five days in advance. Said two men and a truck would arrive at 9:00am. Never showed, never called, never responded to my calls. Avoid these guys if possible!
The care and organization that was put into transporting my furniture in a timely manner
They broke my furniture and refused to call me back. The address listed is fake, there's no way to get ahold of them or send mail to them.
American Master movers were great, honest, and very communicative during my move. There were tons of movers reaching out to me and did not know who I can trust….As soon as I met Tyvon and Cameron I automatically knew they were the ones I had to use for my long distance move from Denver to San Antonio, Texas….everything was wrapped properly and they were very timely to my needs!!!! They have a whole team to get things done fast and reliable thanks American Master Movers!!
