I recently have the experience of renting from this excellent luxury car company and I must say that the customer service is top-notch. I rented the 2025 Porsche GTS the car was phenomenal. The service exceeded my expectation from the moment I contacted the representative to the date that I returned the vehicle. I 1000% recommend this company. I had an exciting and unforgettable experience.
Both the owner and the manager are amazing to work with. They accommodated me in many ways. The car Was immaculately clean as was every other car in their fleet. I will rent a toy from their toy box anytime I am in the area, And have already recommended them to a few of my friends.
Very rude and condescending owner, I did not have a chance to do business with them and really don't want to given the behavior of the owner.
Top notch for exotic car experience. Its like being treated as a family not a customer. Great customer service and quality cars. Would use them again if in orlando or miami. Money well spent. Thanks so much guys.
Tibi was legit. Superior customer service when dropping off the Rolls Royce. He went above and beyond for my wedding event. I would recommend to ask for him because he knows how to take care of his clients. He was easy to work with and my event wouldn’t have been good without his help. American luxury group is the only company I will be using in Florida for a rental car and it’s all because of good people like Tibi
