The ALA are pretty awful as neighbors. They wake hundreds of people up with early (pre- 7 AM) leaf blowing (sounds like a really loud chain saw, if you haven’t experienced it.). They were contacted ask asked to change to a later schedule, but they simply ignored and continue the regular, early morning disruption to the community. If they don’t care about being good community members, it’s hard to imagine they are serious about having a positive impact in other areas.
