I don't know where to begin i thought saferide was bad they're worst. I scheduled a ride home from an appointment and they had me waiting two and a half hours. It wasn't a will call i scheduled a pickup time and first they lied and said they would text me in five to ten minutes which never happened. I ended up waiting twi and a half hours after calling my insurance company i finally gi4 someone to come pick me up. I wish these companies would quit getting these transportation companies and just let the patuent call the trans... read more

They take forever if you need a ride expect to wait 40 minutes
