Lousy I called 3 days in a roll toget reserv for anthem Am logistics now told Sunday that for my wed appt which I need trans for I have to callback Mon & by then I it will be less than 48 hrs so might not get trans !!! Get this 5/30 guy went north to Barstow when he was already late to take me to Loma Linda by San Bernardino he drives back to my town and it’s my appt x and still needed 1-1/2 hrs to get to my spot of course my drs ofc Canceled me now I can’t get trans for the the new rescheduled appt? This company does not even deserve a 1 star rating. This is the worst medical transportation ever. They left me stranded, at an appointment, in an electric wheelchair, and no way to get home. They didn't care and did nothing at all to help me. They should not be allowed to even be in business. They certainly cannot get their act together and need to get their heads out of their @ss because they sure do NOT know what they are doing. A company that stands by its employees and its craft. The health industry would not be the same without American Logistics. They help everyday Americans get to the health services they rightfully deserve!
This is a piss poor company I have set mileage reimbursement forms in and they misplaced them I now have problems with the seven I sent in in December I'm told now that they don't have them but yet they were emailed and faxed in 3 different times. Will contact Utah Atty General if Satisfaction isn't accomplished
