I work for a medical clinic and seve Al of our patients need Medical transportation, they have started using this service for American logistics Medical dispatch and it has been an absolute failure at every encounter. Issues with each patient trying to get rides home or to their nursing facility.
First time using American Logistics (new provider with my ins) was 1/20/26 in Las Vegas, NV. ANTONIO was the driver and he was so amazing. I have requested him again, if possible. He was so professional and so friendly, helpful for me. Such a good experience with AmerLogistics. The last provider was not always a good ride. Thank you Antonio (in Las Vegas) and Thank you American Logistics. See you again soon.
Lousy I called 3 days in a roll toget reserv for anthem Am logistics now told Sunday that for my wed appt which I need trans for I have to callback Mon & by then I it will be less than 48 hrs so might not get trans !!! Get this 5/30 guy went north to Barstow when he was already late to take me to Loma Linda by San Bernardino he drives back to my town and it’s my appt x and still needed 1-1/2 hrs to get to my spot of course my drs ofc Canceled me now I can’t get trans for the the new rescheduled appt? This company does not even deserve a 1 star rating. This is the worst medical transportation ever. They left me stranded, at an appointment, in an electric wheelchair, and no way to get home. They didn't care and did nothing at all to help me. They should not be allowed to even be in business. They certainly cannot get their act together and need to get their heads out of their @ss because they sure do NOT know what they are doing.
