VERY SHADY. Started out with a $300 loan...after refinancing, my payment jumped $16 A MONTH! VERY RUDE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, ABRUPT. THEY ENCOURAGE DROPPING CASH PAYMENTS. After doing this ONE TIME, I was told the payment was $20 SHORT!
