Very disappointed with my experiences so far. I have not noticed a lot of change in my facial hair. I have found the staff to be rude, mostly just ignoring me by taking personal calls are only talking to each other. Today was my third visit, I ended up leaving before I was even treated. I really think I spent way too much money. I was not offered free financing. I would definately reconsider my decision to sign a contract.
When I started coming to the American Laser Center in Willow Grove, Pa, never did I think that I would have such a fun and relaxing experience. The ladies who work their magic which include Diana, Jen and Lisa, are wonderful, professional, friendly women. They take the time and put forth all efforts in making your lasering experience as comfortable and relaxing as possible. I would never want to switch to a different location. Love you ladies!!!
