Horrendous services, they will just pretend to care about your case. They never update you about anything unless you ask them. They will do anything to over price everything for anything even though you agreed with them on paper contact and verbal contract about what services are included. By overprice I really mean it, first of all we reach them to fill outs documents to get an F1 visa for my brother then extras fees are asked for everything after initial payment. Don’t trust them! It deserves the award for worst customer service in the whole world.They told me my case was easy to fix and I paid for all the fees including their service. They did not fix my problem and made it worse. It just waste my time and my money. They are not professional at all. They never answer the phone calls during working hours.DON’T GO THERE ！！！
I call to book an appointment and the first thing they said there services are not for free and of course I know for a fact is not free services I’m business owner and I don’t provide services with not cost but is very rude to call a business an the first thing they say is not for free is ridiculous of course I don’t get my services never at this office 00000000 customer service don’t go to this place
The lady working in the company was so nice and did very good job on my Citizenship application. I took the oath last month and so excited to be an U.S. citizen!
