The ladies that work in here are so kind and helpful. I think one of their names is Mandy? A wonderfully sweet and intelligent person. I am appreciative of them because I had an issue were some prints I had were smaller than I had expected, they helped me place a rush order and get them the same day. I’m not saying that will always be possible for every situation, but they’re willing to help and that is incredible!

Great place for what you need to craft, but horrible checkout system. You'll be in line for a minimum of 20 minutes. I also ordered online on September 30 through email. I never got a call or email back, so I went in on October 18th to pick up my order. They asked me for an order number, and I told them I didn't have one. They said they never put the order in! No issues with shopping at this store but I ordered 2 sweatshirts online that were $17 but in the store they are $14. When I asked about the difference no one could explain why. Also the color and shirt wasn’t available. Unable to get a refund, only an exchange for a different color
I went here and had a good experience until…. I picked up my gang sheet and paid for it. As I continued around the store I grabbed a few more shirts and went to check out. Mind you I’ve ALREADY PAID for my gang sheet. I get to the register and apparently they forgot an additional charge for my gang sheet and said they would have to charge me for it.
