Really exceptional service, very professional, Highly Recommend !!!
What a wonderful experience working with the staff at American House Westland Joy. Tabitha, Jacob and Asia were welcoming and so helpful in making our decision to move to assisted living. The building is clean, decorated nicely and spacious. Looking forward to taking part in the community activities and making new friends.
Food is good, staff is wonderful and caring. The staff go out of their way to help and take the time to get to know residents.
My tour of this facility was one of the most welcoming and professional I've ever had. When I stepped through the door, a welcome sign with my name on it was the first things I saw. The staff who greeted me and showed me around were genuinely friendly, caring, and knew their residents: While we were waiting for an elevator, my tour guide greeted guests by name, asked about their pets (who she also knew by name) and that was impressive. This facility was everything we prayed for for our Father. It’s cleaned the staff was nice. While it is more than he can afford at this time, I hope that we will eventually be able to move him here.
