Bed bugs were discovered in Grandmother's apartment, making it unsafe and uninhabitable. Despite reporting the issue, I have not received prompt or adequate assistance to resolve the infestation. Additionally, she is still being required to pay rent even though she is unable to live in the residence because of the bed bug problem. I believe it is unfair to charge rent for a unit that cannot be safely occupied.
Great facility that is neat and clean. The staff there are wonderful.
Lois was so fantastic! She calmed our reservations about mom being in a home with many people. It is exactly what she needed, she needed companionship, she's a totally different person! Best thing we could do for HER!
We are forever grateful to Lois for telling us about American House and how this community would be a great fit for my mother-in-law and her cat. She told us about the PACE program that she could qualify for which has been a game changer! Her medical care is top notch and we have great comfort knowing all of the services she receives on a daily basis. Thank you Lois and the med team!
