American House Petoskey is a clean, quaint & cozy place my MIL now calls home. She has been a resident for close to 2 years & is very happy & comfortable living there. She has made new friends & participates in the many activities they offer including field trips on their facility bus. Jori (Executive Director) & the entire staff are very friendly & helpful. While my sister chose not to leave her home for the time being, our exploratory meetings with Jori and Theresa were outstanding. They and others were so friendly, helpful, took time to talk with us, and give us a tour even though we did not have an appointment. Services sound great and accommodating. We are still considering it for the future if needed.

Jori Snedden and the staff at American House Petoskey have been excellent. My aunt Joanie needed a place to stay and they were welcoming and so helpful during a difficult transition for my family. I cannot thank them enough. Their compassion really helped make a difference.

We just popped in for a visit to take a look for possibly moving in later in the fall. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I went to talk with staff about costs for physical therapy for dad, he was invited to take part in the exercise class. It wasn't long before he was doing his best to keep up, he had a stroke 5 years ago, he was laughing and really enjoyed the Funky Chicken Dance with the shaker eggs.
