The move in was easy and well done. The staff and residents made me feel welcome. I feel like I am home.
Working with Jackie at American House Sterling Meadows is always a pleasure. Every client I have toward there with her has always loved feeling welcomed understanding their needs have been Met and excited to move in. Only been here a week and a half, and like it so far. An older building, but nice as smaller independent living community. Staff and residents alike are friendly and encouraging. The weather turned nice the past two days, and today for lunch they had barbecued ribs that were done on the grill right outside the dining room. (Kudos Melissa!) You can have your privacy if you like, but for the most part, they keep everybody busy, which keeps us all distracted from our respective ailments and conditions. I would like to thank Tammy who works in activities for all her hard work and all the great effort she puts into the residence.. She really has a heart for what she does and always has a smile while working with the resistance . This is really good feeling to she her involved and makes Family feel at ease
