Great assisted living facility. The staff for the most part are caring and very helpful. Tina at the front desk has gone above & beyond for my mother and our family that visit there. Allen, who runs this place, is an outstanding human being that does the job as well as anyone could. He too has gone above & beyond to make my mom happy and comfortable.
Highly recommend Sterling Heights Meadow! The staff is very caring and treats you like family! TinaB. always greets you with a smile and makes you feel like family!
I would like to thank the great team at this facility for the fantastic support they and their partners from Balanced Home Care provided my relative during an extended respite stay. It was such a relief to have their help until our relative could transition home. I am very impressed with the AH amenities and can definitely recommend this location. Thank you for the great experience.
Watch your loved ones with this place. One the so-called medical team they use are NOT certified!! They are merely med techs that are trained on site in 2 days to give your loved ones meds. We had multiple issues with meds given that did NOT belong to our mother!! They also do NOT help in any medical way period. You are told they are trained medical and they are not nurses they are not even CNAs. If you do not watch out for your loved ones they could be given wrong meds and not cared for.
