I’m not one to go online to leave a review however I think it’s necessary. I could not be any happier and pleased with my mother-in-law living at such a great facility. Yesterday I brought the grandkids to the Grandparents Day celebration as we do every year and once again it’s mind blowing. The move in was easy and well done. The staff and residents made me feel welcome. I feel like I am home.
Working with Jackie at American House Sterling Meadows is always a pleasure. Every client I have toward there with her has always loved feeling welcomed understanding their needs have been Met and excited to move in. Only been here a week and a half, and like it so far. An older building, but nice as smaller independent living community. Staff and residents alike are friendly and encouraging. The weather turned nice the past two days, and today for lunch they had barbecued ribs that were done on the grill right outside the dining room. (Kudos Melissa!) You can have your privacy if you like, but for the most part, they keep everybody busy, which keeps us all distracted from our respective ailments and conditions.
