recently, I asked to go somewhere with their transportation. On their website, they say personal and schedule transportation they do not I repeat, not say there’s a distance limit. Once again they lie because we can’t go further than 10 miles which is ridiculous. we have had several other issues here. We have lived in this complex for a year and the windows have yet to be cleaned. Although residents have issues with incontinence, etc., they don’t clean the carpet unless the resident pays for it.
