My dad and his wife moved into American House this past month after visiting several times over the past year or so. And so far, so good! My dad has been the cook and housekeeper for the past five years and he is thrilled to now have his meals cooked for him and his apartment cleaned once a week plus their bedding and towels are also taken care of weekly. While searching and looking for local place for my mom, I kept hearing about “The American House.” We set up a meeting with a gentleman there that every one called JJ. Well, JJ did not disappoint. JJ took us on the grand tour and what we saw told us right away we found a wonderful place for our mom. We talked around town and everyone gave The American House AND JJ two thumbs up! My parents have been there since Jan 2025. Big change for all of us. The staff has been excellent. They have great activities to keep them busy. JJ is always available and invested in the residence well being. He even came to see my Mom while in hospital and rehab. So blessed to have found american house for my parents.
The staff are phenomenal at AH Milford. They have exceeded my expectations. The facility is so clean and the activities provide great social opportunities. Thank you JJ for making this move for my mom as stress free as possible.
American House in Milford is a wonderful senior living residence. The staff at AH of Milford are so supportive and treat both residents and family members with respect and kindness. They are there to help seniors age in place and provide the tools and support systems to guide family members through this process. I am so grateful for the assistance and love I was shown as my mom moved from independent living to hospice care. I would highly recommend AH if Milford.
