JJ is an angel placed into our lives! We moved my mom in a few months ago. On her first day there she happened to fall and ended up in the hospital and rehab. JJ actually visited my mom at the rehab center to let her know that she was missed. He didn't even know her yet! My mom has happily been living at American House now for a couple of months and loves it! The staff goes out of their way to be kind. We recently moved my mom into American House in Milford and JJ is by far one of the kindest, most genuine people I have met throughout this entire process. He is so caring and helpful that it made this very difficult decision a little bit easier, knowing that someone like him was in the building, looking out for everyone’s best interest. J.J. is so wonderful! The knowledge & patience of this man is amazing! I brought my parents & they loved what American House has to offer. We visited several times & never saw anything concerning here. Its clean, well-run & all the people are so nice. The ONLY reason my parents didn't move has to do the political climate right now. Medicare premiums are expected to double & they felt the need to hold tight where they are until they see what is going to happen. A professional, friendly, place to have your loved one stay. Mom and I went on the weekend for our tour, we were made to feel at home and were very comfortable and impressed with the time that was taken with us. She was apprehensive and unsure and left feeling better about living here. Takes some of the pressure and stress away and lessens the worry. As they have excellent care they offer. JJ the manager we met with was over the top friendly, hugging mom which is just what she needed.
