I had an amazing experience with Jacob during my visit to American House Westland Joy on last Friday 4/4/25! I was inquiring on behalf of my sister and Jacob and the entire office staff were awesome! Jacob was very professional and knowledgeable and very patient lol, he followed up with me on today Monday 4/7/25 and has continued to be very helpful in guiding me through the process. I recently moved my parents to American House Joy Rd from another facility. And from when we had our tour to even currently Jacob has been awesome with everything. All the staff has been more then accommodating with everything.. I am happy with our decision to move them. We highly recommend if you are looking for a place for your loved ones to check out American House Joy Rd.. The apartments are a great size my parents have plenty of room to move around with both their walkers. Everything is exceptional..
The staff and medical team took wonderful care of my mother. Especially Tabitha, who was great at addressing my mothers needs and comunicated regularly with our family. My mother lived at American House Westland for seven years before passing away this March.
Jacob gave us a tour for my mom who was needing respite care. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful as he reviewed all American House had to offer. The apartments were a good size and offered all the comforts of home and then some.
