I would like to give praises to a few people who took care of my dad while he was at the American House on Hunter in Westland. Particularly: Stacy (administration). She was always friendly, easily approachable and always helpful, and 3 particular med tech members: Linda, Ashley and Rhonda. They were so caring , helpful , knowledgeable and took great care of my wonderful dad. Thank you for all you did to help his last days of his final journey. All our love. The ROFFI family.
My mother decided to move back to Michigan this year with about 2 weeks notice. We toured several places but American House Hunter Westland stood out in all avenues. Erica was such a blessing. I immediately felt that this place was a family. The property was so clean and well kept, they had a great variety of activities, an inviting menu, and friendly staff. My relative moved in about a year ago. When asked "how do you like it here?" The answer is always "I love my apartment and Robbin the activities director is the best". Our family appreciates the care and time that she puts into making sure the residents have plenty of things to do.
I’ve been in this building for 20 years to help out with a resident and Robbin is by far the best activities director they’ve ever had! Her coworker Alexis is wonderful as well. The residents love them both. They provide so much here and lift spirits daily. Alexis is always at the front desk and helps out with all of the orders that come in. I love their up beat personalities!
Alexis at the front desk always has such a great smile and lovely personality. I enjoy going to all activities, Robbin is such and awesome person and great both activities.
